1、行业叙事构建：针对酒旅等重点行业，提炼商业化价值，撰写深度行业白皮书，趋势报告及市场宣传策略；将复杂的底层产品逻辑转化为通俗易懂，具备商业煽动力的营销叙事（Storytelling），助力业务团队实现高效招商； 2、营销价值度量与科学体系建设：基于营销科学与广告度量方法论，搭建本地生活商家经营价值量化模型，完成从流量曝光，用户触达到到店转化，长效经营的全链路效果归因与价值度量，通过数据洞察验证策略有效性，输出可落地的价值度量报告，为B端营销叙事提供扎实的数据支撑，向商家清晰传递可量化的生意价值； 3、业务赋能与内容落地推广：沉淀标杆案例，通过数据复盘总结可复制的行业经营方法论，联动内部团队将策略内容转化为BD可用的招商工具，商家可落地的经营动作，确保策略内容有效落地，真正助力招商规模突破与商家经营指标提升； 4、跨国/跨部门协作：与多团队紧密配合，持续优化B端营销叙事体系，适配本地商家需求与市场环境，确保营销内容在不同文化语境下的专业性与适配性。

1、具备市场营销，商业分析，策略咨询，广告度量经验；有咨询公司，4A广告公司策略部或平台工作经验者优先，有国际化留学或跨国项目协作经验，了解全球旅游市场趋势者加分； 2、熟悉营销科学或广告效果度量逻辑，能够理解并运用转化归因，品牌增效分析等数据模型来支撑叙事，对数据敏感，逻辑严密； 3、具备策略方案撰写能力，能够将碎片化的信息整合为具有高度专业性的商业叙事，有成熟的B端营销叙事，行业策略内容相关作品案例；有相关项目实操经验优先； 4、需具备优秀的英文读写能力，适应国际化办公环境。
