1、负责火山引擎行业的生态体系建设与生态伙伴业务发展工作，紧扣公司AI与云计算生态整体战略规划，精准匹配各行业产业发展特性与数字化转型需求，制定专属行业生态拓展策略、伙伴合作规划及年度业务增长目标，落地生态规模化发展各项核心工作； 2、全面统筹生态合作伙伴选育用留全生命周期管理运营工作，严格按照公司生态管理制度及业务发展要求，完成优质潜力伙伴筛选招募、核心战略伙伴分级选育、合作伙伴赋能培育、合作业务落地推进、伙伴价值深度挖掘及优质伙伴长期留存维系全流程闭环管理，搭建层级清晰、能力互补、粘性较强的核心伙伴生态矩阵； 3、重点攻坚大型综合性生态合作伙伴战略合作拓展与深度共建工作，主导核心伙伴商务洽谈、合作模式设计、战略合作协议签署、联合解决方案共创、项目商机协同落地等全流程工作，联动公司产品、技术、解决方案、销售交付等内部核心团队，打通内外部资源壁垒，推动伙伴合作从浅层业务对接走向深度价值共创、长期共赢绑定； 4、主动洞察AI与云计算行业生态发展趋势、核心行业政策导向及产品生态布局动态，结合负责行业伙伴实际运营现状，自主规划生态BD拓展动作、月度季度年度工作推进计划，高效落地各项拓展及运营执行工作，同步做好合作数据复盘、业务成效优化，持续提升伙伴合作体量、合作深度及生态整体贡献度； 5、深耕能源、交通、手机厂商、运营商重点垂类赛道优质伙伴资源沉淀，维护存量核心伙伴良好合作关系，持续挖掘存量伙伴新增合作商机与业务增长点，同步精准拓展行业新增优质综合性伙伴，打造行业标杆生态合作案例，形成可复制、可推广的行业生态合作样板，助力火山引擎在核心行业生态市场占有率稳步提升。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上企业服务领域生态或渠道工作经验； 2、熟悉企业管理软件、云服务、SaaS相关业务情况，对SaaS市场敏感度高； 3、沟通能力强、目标导向、具备出色的执行能力和团队合作精神； 4、有较强资源协调和整合能力，了解市场营销推广相关内容，善于与各类合作伙伴沟通协作。
