1、负责抖音电商超级作者（高影响力明星/达人）的引入与运营管理，提供从引入孵化、高潜挖掘到成长提升、流失召回的全生命周期支持； 2、统筹站内外优质、高潜电商作者的挖掘与运营，协调平台资源赋能成长，根据平台需求制定不同类型优质明星/达人的引入及成长策略，跨部门协作落地，提升直播各环节转化效率； 3、通过产品、运营、营销等手段实现优质作者的规模化增长与留存，对直播数据进行分析与复盘，完善优质作者和机构的直播数据管理，沉淀达人成长方法论； 4、规划并落地各类营销活动，实现平台明星/达人新增与指标增长，完成行业需求整合、方案策划、资源落地、项目执行及复盘沉淀，制定年度营销规划与活动日历； 5、结合市场业务洞察及抖音内容生态，紧跟社会热点与潮流趋势，策划并执行具有传播性的营销事件与行业IP活动，围绕平台调性打造具有行业影响力的作者引入案例，达成GMV、ROI及供给结构、业务健康度等指标； 6、负责活动风险控制与突发情况应对，做好目标管理与过程数据优化，基于数据分析与洞察持续优化作者引入与营销策略。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉各类电商直播平台玩法，有达人运营、明星运营、直播运营、用户运营或市场活动运营相关经验； 2、熟悉各平台作者生态，拥有一定明星经纪、达人及MCN资源，具备资源整合、谈判及强执行力，具有开拓精神；具备横向营销经验、深谙平台电商玩法和运营方法论者优先；有电商市场/内容传播操盘或品牌、广告公司数字化营销创意操盘经验者优先； 3、具备较强的沟通协调、营销策划及资源整合能力，能联动站内外资源策划营销活动；执行力强，问题解决能力佳；具备高度工作热情和主观能动性，具备独立策划营销活动和项目管理能力，并能有效用数据驱动业务； 4、具备创新与突破能力，善于在新业务生态中探索新打法与方法论，拥有全局视角，能够独立操盘项目；策略能力强、数据敏感度高，逻辑清晰，沟通与组织协调能力优秀，能统筹各方资源达成目标，富有激情和创造性。
