1、三至五年在金融或支付行业的企业发展或销售经验，曾在支付公司、电商公司的支付团队或在银行交易部门任职是加分项； 2、优秀的学历背景，要求本科及以上； 3、优秀的团队参与者，抗压能力强，善于结果导向思维、能够支持跨时区、跨功能团队、多任务并行的工作氛围、能够适应一定强度的出差需求； 4、出色的交流能力、能够流利地使用英语进行协商，当地外语（例如葡萄牙语、西班牙语）是加分项； 5、有研发经验和产品PRD相关经验的是加分项。
