1、负责Monopoly产品国际LiveOps长线运营，复刻、优化国际成熟成功的玩法与活动体系，搭建可复用的赛季、周月常、主题活动、通行证等长线内容体系； 2、主导版本规划、内容排期、方案落地与上线复盘，统筹策划、研发、美术跨团队协作，保障内容稳定高频迭代； 3、深耕Monopoly玩法、数值与奖励体系，结合国际用户习惯优化付费节奏与体验，平衡用户体验与商业化收益； 4、通过数据复盘迭代玩法与活动，针对性提升产品留存、活跃度、LTV及付费转化，解决长线玩法疲软问题； 5、跟踪国际同类产品打法，沉淀适配自身产品的LiveOps运营方法论。

1、拥有国际Monopoly类产品完整LiveOps制作经验，参与或主导过国际上线、数据验证成功的长线项目； 2、3年以上游戏LiveOps制作人/高级策划经验，精通Monopoly玩法、活动设计与数值付费体系； 3、熟悉国际用户偏好，擅长长线内容迭代与数据优化，有真实的留存、流水提升落地成果； 4、具备独立推进版本、跨团队统筹、问题复盘迭代能力，适配长线产品。

优先加分项 1、有Monopoly Go!产品同款LiveOps落地经验、国际项目协作经验者优先。
