1、负责射击游戏的角色相关设计，包括但不限于英雄设计、主题皮肤设计、武器设计、特效设计等工作，确保原画设计产出符合游戏世界观调性与标准； 2、跟进审核外包产出，把控外包交付的质量与进度； 3、与策划、模型、动作、特效协作，跟进原画从设计到最终效果的落地、迭代和优化，解决落地过程中的美术问题，确保设计的还原度； 4、配合项目进行美术风格迭代，沉淀设计经验，编写设计文档，总结设计方法论。

1、3年以上游戏角色原画设计从业经验，至少有一款完整3D游戏项目经验，有3D射击类项目经验者优先； 2、美术功底扎实，具备优秀的审美能力与原创设计能力，擅长美漫风格，熟练掌握科幻机甲等细分风格优先； 3、设计能力突出，具备成熟的商业化审美，能结合世界观设定打造差异化形象，能平衡艺术品质、用户偏好和性能约束的需求； 4、熟练使用Photoshop等主流绘图软件，善于使用blender等3D软件辅助设计，了解3D游戏美术工作流，熟悉3D游戏美术规则； 5、具备良好的沟通能力与自驱力，确保设计方案的落地效果，精准对接上下游团队，高效响应需求与反馈； 6、本科及以上学历，美术相关专业优先；对游戏美术有执着追求，具备较强的学习能力与创新意识。

加分项 1、擅长赛博科幻风格设计； 2、熟悉都市时尚潮流，具备丰富的人文知识积累。
