1、负责TPS多英雄射击游戏英雄平衡性调优工作； 2、负责搭建英雄平衡性监测体系； 3、辅助完成游戏经济体系的搭建，并能与其他数值同学通力协作，完成配置的进版和节奏调优； 4、辅助完成游戏匹配机制的持续完善与调优。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数值策划经验；参与过完整游戏项目数值工作者优先； 2、具有较强的数值建模和数据分析能力，能够快速反拆其他相关游戏的设计逻辑； 3、熟练掌握EXCEL；熟练掌握VB、Python等至少一种编程语言者优先； 4、对射击游戏、MOBA游戏数值体系了解者优先； 5、热爱射击游戏，熟悉英雄射击品类优先。
