1、负责游戏中基础3C的落地和调优； 2、负责游戏中英雄的设计、开发跟进、制作和调优；且对英雄的手感和最终效果负责； 3、负责游戏中部分模式玩法的设计、跟进开发和落地； 4、负责游戏中AI的效果。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上战斗策划工作经验，有TPS/MOBA/ACT等类型游戏经验者优先； 2、熟练使用unity3D引擎，可写游戏脚本或使用类似蓝图的工具进行编辑； 3、对游戏动画和特效有自己的审美和认知，能够协助调优落地效果； 4、熟悉并深度体验过至少一款TPS/ACT类游戏； 5、熟悉AI的解决方案，使用过市面上主流AI插件者优先； 6、始终创业，良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够推动项目战斗模块的快速落地。
