1、推进项目战斗系统的设计和落实，包括战斗3C设计、战斗规则、角色技能设计等； 2、提炼技能设计的方法和关键体验，规划有较强表现力和互动性的技能体系； 3、设定和推进战斗编辑器的制作，保证战斗编辑器的易用性和扩展性； 4、参与战斗数值的设计流程，包括整理战斗中的数值体验指标、有数值能力自行给出战斗数值及部分养成方案。

1、本科及以上理工科学历，3年以上战斗策划工作经验，同时具备数值能力； 2、熟练使用Unity3D引擎，完整负责过游戏内多个技能设计和落实全流程，有卡牌RPG或者策略卡牌游戏设计经验者优先； 3、善于沟通，表达能力强，有团队合作精神，对待工作有责任心。
