1、负责游戏内系统功能与机制玩法的设计工作，包括文档撰写、设计思路完善及游戏性保障，深入理解各系统功能的设计目的、定位及利弊； 2、熟练使用Unity3D进行功能相关界面的制作； 3、与程序、美术团队紧密配合，跟进功能模块的开发落地，及时解决问题，负责功能品质把控，推动团队优化问题以达到高完成度； 4、设计系统功能的埋点方案，以追踪功能是否达到预期的效果，并能够针对出现的问题进行调优。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏系统策划工作经验，有竞技类游戏系统设计经验者优先； 2、较强的设计能力、表达能力、沟通能力、执行力，拥有较好的审美能力； 3、熟练使用Unity3D引擎，熟练使用excel、word、visio等软件； 4、熟悉并深度体验过至少一款竞技类游戏； 5、始终创业，良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够推动项目系统功能的快速落地。
