1、参与游戏整体交互体验设计，根据游戏玩法和策划需求，完成信息架构、操作流程、界面布局、交互原型等设计，能够独立负责复杂系统的交互设计； 2、深入理解游戏玩法和玩家需求，能够发现和分析体验问题，提出合理的交互解决方案，持续优化游戏体验； 3、与UI、VX、重构、策划、程序等团队紧密配合，共同优化需求方案，产出具备市场竞争力的游戏UX设计，提升玩家体验； 4、跟进交互设计在最终游戏中的实现效果，及时发现并推动解决体验问题，保证最终实现效果和设计方案的一致。

1、本科及以上学历，交互设计、工业设计、数字媒体等设计类相关专业； 2、具有较强的交互设计能力，能够快速理解复杂的游戏规则和需求，独立完成流程梳理、信息架构、界面布局及交互原型设计； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和产品思维，不局限于执行策划需求，能够主动发现问题、分析问题并提出合理的设计解决方案； 4、热爱游戏，对不同类型游戏的交互体验有较多积累，工作认真负责，具有良好的团队意识，善于学习、沟通和推动方案落地； 5、设计视野广，对玩家体验敏感，具备较好的产品判断力和主人翁精神。
