1、负责游戏匹配机制的设计与持续优化，包括ELO算法、匹配因子权重、组队规则、补位/重开机制等，平衡匹配公平性与排队效率； 2、负责排位赛整体体系设计，包括段位体系、升降级规则、赛季重置与继承、高端局（巅峰赛）机制、排位奖励等，构建清晰的竞技成长路径； 3、负责游戏内赛事系统设计，包括锦标赛、杯赛、自建比赛等多种赛事形态，涵盖赛制规则、报名流程、赛程编排、奖励发放等全流程； 4、设计观战系统与电竞数据体系，包括观察者模式、赛事数据面板、回合回放、精彩时刻剪辑等，提升赛事观赏性和玩家复盘体验； 5、跟踪国内外竞技产品的匹配、排位与赛事体系，持续优化迭代；协同电竞运营、反作弊、程序等团队推动竞技生态建设。

1、3年以上游戏系统策划经验，有竞技类项目的设计经验； 2、精通竞技游戏匹配机制与排位体系，对ELO算法、段位分布、平衡调优有深入理解和实践经验者优先； 3、熟悉电竞赛制规则（单败/双败淘汰、瑞士轮、循环赛等），对电竞产业和赛事生态了解者优先； 4、拥有较强的逻辑思维与系统化设计能力，能设计复杂的规则体系，兼顾严谨性与可扩展性； 5、热爱竞技射击游戏，深度体验过多款主流竞技产品，有高段位竞技经历优先。
