1、分析业务模式、有效识别税务评估重点；能清晰地向非税专业人士解释税务专业问题、将税务需求拆解为清晰的行动要点； 2、协同税务内外部团队，为新的电商产品、功能和营销活动设计税务解决方案并落地；定期审阅并持续优化现有税务解决方案； 3、作为面向业务团队的税务对接人，应对业务日常税务问询并输出解决方案； 4、监控税法变更、前置识别对业务的影响，帮助业务团队前置做好准备； 5、定期组织培训分享，帮助业务团队了解并遵守税务合规要求。

1、5年及以上税务BP工作经验，有国际税或国际电商税务经验者优先，接受纯背景； 2、优秀的英文听说读写能力和沟通能力，能将英文作为工作语言； 3、持有CPA/税务师/Chartered Accountant/Chartered Tax Adviser或类似证书者优先； 4、在跨团队和多元文化环境中具有较强的沟通和协作能力； 5、能够在多任务并行时设置合理优先级，并高标准交付； 6、具备强大的适应和学习能力。
