1、对接抖音运营团队并负责相关财务工作，内容包括根据业务重点制定长短期财务目标并设置财务观察指标、项目ROI测算及复盘、产品对标、相关财务流程的制定与优化等，最终从财务视角提供成本优化建议和风险提示； 2、深入理解抖音不同内容体裁的财务相关流程，并拉通各部门涉及内容与产品运营相关的财务事项，完善相关业财流程的搭建；跟踪项目进展并提示财务风险，保证业务目标的顺利达成； 3、深入挖掘并解读内容和生态运营不同维度的业财数据，对核心指标达成效果进行评估，就话题营销、节点活动、作者签约等重点项目进行定期回顾并形成财务复盘报告； 4、编制部门月度及季度经营情况报告，定位业务核心指标并拆解驱动因子，对效率优化和流程提效给予财务支持；联动各业务产出产品及部门维度年度预算及3年BP规划，跟踪项目达成进度；分析同环比变化和预实差异产生的动因并提供财务优化建议； 5、充当不同财务职能团队与业务之间的桥梁，保证业财目标统一，并完成公司及业务的其他支持工作。

1、大学本科学历及以上，财务、管理相关专业优先； 2、4年以上财务工作经验，有1年以上财务分析或财务BP工作经验，具备内容社区运营或内容策略分析经验者优先； 3、具有积极的解决问题的心态、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，擅长处理多团队协作事项；有结构化思考与分析能力，高度的自我驱动； 4、熟练使用办公软件和在线协同工具，学习能力强，有借助AI工具提升工作效率的实践案例。
