1、预算管理：协同各业务方一起完成所负责部门年度、季度收入及各类成本费用的预算编制工作，并定期开展预算执行情况分析报告，对差异事项开展异动分析等； 2、财务分析：深入一线业务团队，对所负责部门的业务收入及各类成本策略进行定期的多维度分析，及时发现和预警财务异常波动，并协同进行业务策略的落地；同时对业务重要专项进行定期复盘，补充财务视角的策略评估； 3、财务风险评估：针对业务重要策略进行财务风险评估，输出财务解决方案，帮助业务顺畅开展； 4、结算：跟随团队完成定期的财务结账、财务管报输出等；并对业务常规的立项、合同、支出等需求进行支持。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上财务分析工作经验； 2、有宏观视角、有全局意识，责任心强，踏实稳重；财务专业扎实，并且可以熟练应用解决业务问题； 3、具有良好的沟通能力、团队精神、工作态度、学习能力，高度的自我驱动和结果导向； 4、熟练使用办公软件如Excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先； 5、持相关专业证书（如CPA）者优先。
