1、深入理解各业务线的办公与运营需求，结合业务发展方向和目标，前置规划企业服务全链路解决方案，覆盖办公空间、行政运营、物理安全及EHS（环境健康安全）相关要求等相关职能，统筹相关资源，为业务提供匹配业务发展需求的企业服务支持； 2、作为业务侧与房产、行政、安全、EHS等相关团队之间的沟通协调人，准确理解并传递业务需求，协调相关职能围绕空间方案、成本管理与规划、合规要求及服务标准进行有效对齐，推动需求高效落地； 3、作为业务侧统一对接人，承接公司级办公空间调整项目，以及新办公室开设、重保支撑、大促保障等重大业务专项需求，协调相关职能团队做好需求承接与资源匹配，推动重点项目及专项需求端到端落地，持续优化业务服务体验； 4、建立和维护有效的跨部门工作关系，及时、准确地将企业服务相关规则、政策、成本及资源信息与业务沟通触达，结合业务反馈持续优化服务与协作机制，提升企业服务响应效率和业务满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有企业服务、行政运营、房产/空间管理、EHS或相关领域工作经验优先；具备业务伙伴（BP）、项目管理或跨职能协调经验者优先； 2、具备较强的业务理解能力，能够快速洞察不同业务线的办公与运营需求，并将其转化为清晰、可执行的企业服务解决方案；对办公空间、行政运营、物理安全、EHS等职能有整体认知； 3、出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够在业务侧与房产、行政、安全、EHS等多方之间高效对齐，准确传递需求，平衡各方诉求，推动共识达成与需求落地； 4、具备端到端的项目管理与推进能力，能够独立承接办公空间调整、新办公室开设、重保支撑、大促保障等重大专项，统筹资源、把控节奏、确保项目高质量交付； 5、结果导向，具备主动性，能够在多任务环境中同时推进多个项目，并对服务体验与业务满意度负责； 6、良好的数据分析与成本意识，能够结合成本管理与规划视角优化资源配置，并将规则、政策、成本及资源信息有效触达业务；具备良好的服务意识与业务伙伴心态，善于建立和维护长期跨部门协作关系；具备一定的英文沟通能力者优先。
