1、本科及以上学历，熟悉规模化BPO资源行业，了解各类外包模式及其特征； 2、有相关BPO资源规划、策略及运营经验，有内容治理、标注类行业经验者优先； 3、良好的资源整合能力，有业务视角，沟通协作能力强。
