1、5年及以上财务规划与分析（FP&A）或相关分析经验，有电商业务相关经验优先； 2、能够快速理解复杂业务模式和运营逻辑，具备商业洞察力； 3、熟悉预算管理、财务分析、财务建模及项目管理流程，对财务流程有全面了解；有完整损益表管理经验者优先； 4、具备出色的人际交往能力、良好的团队精神，跨部门沟通协调能力强，能够有效融入并推动跨职能团队协作； 5、有CPA、CFA、CMA资格者优先； 6、英语口语流利，可作为工作语言。
