团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责管理报表体系的建设与迭代，统筹法定财报与管理报表的口径对齐，推动“财管一套账”建设； 2、搭建业财数据底座，建立统一的业财数据集与指标体系，梳理并统一数据口径，建立交叉校验机制； 3、参与财务系统建设与优化，推动核算与分析工作向系统化、自动化演进，探索AI工具在财务分析中的落地应用； 4、跟踪行业动态与产品财务表现，建立行业对标分析体系，从行业视角提供洞察与建议，支撑公司战略判断； 5、协同跨部门推动财务关键项目落地，持续优化FP&A流程，将分析框架与方法论向各业务线复制推广； 6、完成部门或上级交办的其它工作。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、五年及以上财务相关工作经验，具备FP&A、财务BP或经营分析经验； 3、熟悉预算管理、滚动预测、经营分析等财务核心模块，具备较强的业务理解与经营视角； 4、熟练使用Excel、Power BI、SQL、Python等数据分析工具，具备数据建模能力，持有CPA、CFA、ACCA、CMA等证书者优先； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感性、沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，积极主动，能够快速理解新业务。
