1、较好的英语综合能力，5年以上财务分析经验； 2、具备出色的结构化思维能力、对数字敏感、能抓住问题关键并提出体系化的解决方案； 3、具备优秀的汇报能力、有商业意识和思维高度、能将复杂问题转化为易于各方理解的表达； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力、自我驱动； 5、有电商背景的加分；有CPA、ACCA等资质的加分。
