1、作为业务核心合作伙伴，对接BPO服务需求与交付，落地并优化采购流程，助力业务降本增效； 2、与业务负责人紧密协作，制定业务采购战略，通过提供可行性方案及创新性建议，助力业务发展； 3、深入研究全球范围内的业务流程外包（BPO），开展品类研究，持续完善供应商库，助力品类管理策略的搭建； 4、管理供应商，助力绩效考核体系的搭建，并优化供应商库，实现效率提升与灵活性。

1、拥有3年以上业务流程外包（BPO）运营经验，或5年以上相关采购岗位工作经验，且具备品类管理经验（应届毕业生除外）； 2、熟悉寻源与采购的原则、流程、实践； 3、具备出色的沟通能力，并能与业务方建立良好的沟通交流机制； 4、具备出色的分析能力，能够为战略决策提供支撑，并解决复杂问题； 5、具备出色的项目管理能力，可高效进行多任务管理及交付； 6、能够在不确定的环境中顺畅开展工作，妥善处理冲突，适应组织变革，能够根据工作需要，在本区域内出差及/或赴国际化出差。

优先任职资格： 1、持有采购相关专业认证（如CIPS、CPM、CPP或同等资质）； 2、具备全球业务流程外包（BPO）相关经验，且有BPO行业内采购品类管理、运营或客户管理相关工作经历； 3、有在技术驱动型环境中工作的经验； 4、深入理解全球采购相关法规、战略、市场趋势及最佳实践。
