1、对接国际支付500-1000人的合规外包（BPO）团队及资源，与BPO供应商合作，管理业务整体用工，满足日常和业务高峰需求，确保外包管理符合项目要求、生产率、成本效率及人力资源供给，保障业务目标达成； 2、为外包供应商制定服务水平协议和义务（含质量、成本效率指标），定期监督供应商绩效、风险及相关指标，结合业务方向优化迭代供应商考核、评价、权益与激励、合规管理等机制，完善供应商发展与管理体系，持续推动改进； 3、负责跨多供应商、多职场的横向项目规划管理和执行落地，把控项目进度，协调各方资源达成目标，评估及确认方案实施可行性，处理及反馈项目过程中的异常情况； 4、联动供应商推进各职场文化建设，优化BPO人员的招聘、培养、关怀、激励体系，通过持续的文化渗透提高BPO与总部凝聚力，提升满意度，减少人员流失； 5、针对国际支付合规内容质量把控制定，并与相关合作方共同实施外包改进计划，例如人为错误纠正措施、流程优化、工具升级、政策优化等。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上全球BPO外包运营和管理经验，尤其是支付领域、合规领域或其他相关优先； 2、熟练使用查询和分析工具进行数据分析；优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力，包括书面制定和沟通复杂政策和流程的能力； 3、深入了解业务流程外包管理，包括需求管理、标准作业程序（SOP）制定、服务水平协议（SLA）、生产率和质量水平相关指标，以及业务流程外包劳动力规划和管理，熟悉业务流程外包行业，包括其发展趋势和最佳实践； 4、出色的报告撰写和演讲技能，该职位要求具备综合研究和分析的能力，并能以清晰、有条理的书面形式向管理层和利益相关者介绍成果和提出建议； 5、具备计划管理、沟通技能，能够推动复杂的项目，并影响多个跨职能团队；积极主动、独立、有上进心，能够适应环境，可以同时处理多个优先级事项。
