1、搜索竞争力度量：负责搜索广告展示份额（Impression Share，IS）及相关产品建设，建立广告展示机会、实际覆盖与份额损失的度量机制，帮助广告主识别预算、出价及广告竞争力等因素对流量获取的影响； 2、竞价洞察与诊断：负责竞价洞察（Auction Insights）及诊断工具建设，帮助广告主理解竞争格局、自身广告表现与增长机会，为关键词、出价及预算优化提供决策依据； 3、搜索度量体系建设：结合品牌词、品类词等不同搜索场景，建立覆盖流量机会、竞争表现及投放效果的指标体系，完善指标口径、数据报表与分析工具，提升度量的准确性、可解释性与可行动性； 4、产品规划与落地：基于客户需求、业务数据及行业实践，制定产品规划与迭代策略，协同研发、算法、数据科学、运营及销售团队推动落地，持续提升产品使用率、客户决策效率与业务价值。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网商业化产品经验，有搜索广告、广告度量、投放诊断或数据产品相关经验者优先； 2、具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维及业务理解能力，能够从客户投放问题出发，设计指标体系、定位影响因素，并转化为产品方案； 3、具备较强的跨团队沟通、项目管理及执行推动能力，能够平衡客户需求、数据质量与技术实现，独立推动复杂项目落地； 4、具备良好的英文沟通与写作能力，能够适应国际化团队协作。

加分项 1、具有主流广告平台的搜索广告、广告度量或投放洞察相关产品经验； 2、熟悉Impression Share、Auction Insights、搜索广告诊断等产品，有指标定义、数据口径设计或复杂数据产品建设经验； 3、熟悉广告基本机制，对搜索广告竞价、预算与出价、广告排序及流量分配有一定理解，能够结合投放机制解释指标变化； 4、熟练使用SQL等数据分析工具，具备统计分析、实验设计或广告效果评估相关经验。
