1、负责系统全链路稳定性优化，深度定位并解决Kernel Exception、内存异常、内核重启、系统死机等核心故障；承担Linux Kernel层技术开发，攻坚内存管理、进程调度、驱动适配、文件系统等领域疑难问题，突破底层性能与稳定性瓶颈； 2、主导稳定性优化方案设计与落地，自研及优化分析工具，搭建全链路监控、问题复现与根因定位体系，完善测试用例与自动化测试框架，实现异常提前预警、快速收敛与闭环管理； 3、主导Android系统编译构建体系架构设计与优化，搭建高效稳定的工程化链路，攻克多芯片平台（高通/联发科）、多Android版本兼容编译等核心难题，提升研发效率与交付质量； 4、负责硬件平台与Android系统的深度适配调优，完成高版本安卓移植、跨平台兼容等工作，主导系统分区架构顶层设计，实现性能、空间利用率与数据安全性的最优平衡； 5、跟踪行业技术迭代与前沿方案，开展核心技术预研与新版本适配落地，参与产品前期技术规划，从底层视角为硬件选型、功能定义提供专业建议，规避技术风险。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有Android硬件产品底层开发实战经验，精通Android/Linux系统整体架构（Framework/Kernel/BSP）； 2、具备扎实的Android BSP与Linux Kernel开发经验，熟悉HAL层、Kernel驱动、硬件适配全流程，精通C/C++语言，能独立完成底层模块开发、复杂问题调试与技术攻关； 3、具备较强的问题分析定位能力，可针对Kernel层稳定性问题、内存异常、编译构建故障、跨平台适配问题完成深度根因分析，输出可落地的优化方案并完成效果验证； 4、熟练运用Android/Linux底层分析工具链，包括Ftrace、Crash、Ramdump、Trace32、GDB、Perf等，精通Android编译构建体系，具备架构设计、性能优化及跨平台解耦、编译问题解决实战经验。
