团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI加速芯片软件栈研发，包括芯片Firmware/驱动/工具的开发与测试； 2、参与AI加速芯片的架构与性能分析、软硬协同设计和验证； 3、负责自研芯片设备管理/DFX/RAS/温控等功能模块的软件设计开发，负责系统问题分析定位。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、体系结构等相关专业； 2、熟悉Linux C/C++开发，有Linux内核设备驱动开发调试经验，熟悉I2C、SPI等常用低速总线； 3、熟悉Linux、RTOS的启动流程； 4、有DFX/RAS软件设计开发经验，熟悉系统故障/异常处理策略和处理流程； 5、有很强的学习能力，有良好的表达沟通能力，擅长团队协作。

加分项： 1、熟悉RTOS，例如Zephyr、FreeRTOS等； 2、熟悉Linux内核，有性能调优经验； 3、每周可实习4天及以上、可长期实习者优先。
