1、参与抖音用户账号体系全流程产品工作，覆盖注册、登录、注销、身份核验等模块，协助完成产品迭代与体验优化； 2、负责用户账号侧体验问题治理，跟进用户反馈、客服客户投诉、整理高频产品问题、流程卡点，输出问题复盘与优化建议； 3、协助完成需求调研、产品分析、流程梳理、原型绘制及PRD撰写，配合团队完成需求评审、迭代跟进、上线验收与数据复盘，保障需求落地闭环； 4、监控账号体系业务数据，包括各链路的转化率、用户反馈量等，通过数据变化发现业务问题，支撑产品优化决策。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备基础的产品思维，逻辑清晰、善于观察用户体验问题，有产品实习、项目策划、产品分析经验者优先； 3、拥有基础的数据敏感度，可通过数据和用户反馈挖掘产品优化空间； 4、沟通表达清晰，执行力强，具备良好的跨团队协作能力，愿意深耕用户基建、账号体验方向； 5、熟悉AI，能熟练使用相关工具，并应用在工作中，探索业务与AI的结合方向。
