1、深入行业，设计C端交易履约方案，学习并理解垂类电商行业的经营模式与商业逻辑，基于对电商行业的深度洞察，参与设计最优的C端用户交易履约链路，包括但不限于商业模式拆解、流量提升、交易转化、全流程体验优化等分行业差异化解决方案； 2、识别机会，推动方案落地，主动发现C端用户体验与业务增长中的机会点，参与设计C端全流程解决方案，协同行业运营及各中台产品团队，推动方案从0到1落地，助力行业规模增长与用户体验提升； 3、结合AI能力，提效提质，学习并应用主流AI能力，在产品方案设计、数据分析、项目管理等过程中探索提效与提质的新方式，助力提升各行业用户侧解决方案能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对电商、零售、互联网产品有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经历者优先，具备优秀的同理心和用户洞察力，习惯从用户视角思考问题，乐于探索用户需求背后的本质； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维与跨团队沟通能力，能够清晰表达观点，协同多方推进项目落地； 4、对常见技术实现逻辑有基本认知，能够与开发团队顺畅沟通，理解需求实现的可行性与成本； 5、较强的学习能力与自驱力，对主流AI能力有一定了解或强烈好奇心；对工作充满热情，富有创新精神，喜欢挑战，善于思考。
