1、负责字节跳动飞书客户端在Windows/macOS/Linux等跨平台的能力优化和扩展； 2、负责飞书各产品Web容器的深度优化和能力扩展； 3、负责飞书客户端跨平台框架的创新与探索； 4、参与产品需求的讨论、评审和功能实现，对质量负责。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：C、C++、Rust； 3、对某个操作系统的某个机制的细节有足够深的理解和掌握； 4、可以熟练运用各系统级的调试工具来发现和定位问题（如IDA/WinDBG/Xperf）； 5、有主人翁/闭环/单件流意识，有技术追求； 6、每周可实习4天以上，可实习5个月以上。
