1、负责字节跳动PC客户端基础设施与跨平台运行体系的设计与演进，持续提升在Windows/macOS/Linux平台上的性能、稳定性与可扩展性； 2、负责PC端运行框架和渲染引擎的品质提升，包括功能迭代、安全加固、性能优化、稳定性提升； 3、负责飞书、豆包的Chromium升核和内核增强能力拆分，设计“可持续升核”的架构和流程，把一次次大项目沉淀为体系； 4、探索AI技术在PC客户端中的工程化落地，面向Chromium/PC架构的智能化工具与基础能力探索。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础；熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：C、C++、Rust； 3、对某个操作系统的某个机制的细节有足够深的理解和掌握； 4、可以熟练运用各系统级的调试工具来发现和定位问题（如IDA/WinDBG/XPerf）； 5、有负责人/闭环/单件流意识，有技术追求。
