1、负责字节跳动飞书客户端在桌面及移动端的底层基础技术能力优化和扩展； 2、负责客户端基础能力的品质提升，包括功能迭代、安全加固、性能优化和稳定性提升； 3、负责AI提效工具在研发场景应用的落地，参与AI Coding、Harness Engineering等工程化建设； 4、参与基于Chromium、Node.js和Electron等基础框架的功能扩展和性能优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础；熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：C、C++、Rust； 3、对某个操作系统的某个机制的细节有足够深的理解和掌握； 4、能够熟练运用各类系统级调试工具及AI工具定位并解决问题； 5、具备负责、闭环、单件流意识，有技术追求，专注于高质量编码工作。
