1、建设TikTok Shop欧美直播电商用户侧产品能力，围绕直播内容发现、导购体验、交易转化和营销增长玩法，持续优化用户从观看、互动到购买的完整链路体验，推动直播电商用户规模与商业效率增长； 2、深入理解直播电商场景下的用户需求、内容消费偏好和购买决策路径，结合不同用户分层与消费场景，设计更高效的内容承接、导购转化和增长机制，提升用户参与度、转化效率和复购表现； 3、探索AI/大模型等智能化能力在用户侧直播电商场景中的应用，围绕用户理解、内容推荐、导购决策和营销触达等方向，提升用户触达效率、决策效率和产品体验，推动直播电商用户增长模式持续创新； 4、深入理解国际化市场、直播电商生态和用户真实需求，通过用户调研、数据分析和业务洞察识别关键问题，协同增长、营销、交易、推荐、TikTok LIVE等团队推动产品方案落地，并持续评估和优化业务结果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数据科学、计算机、AI等相关专业优先； 2、对国际化电商、直播内容生态、用户增长或用户产品方向有浓厚兴趣；目标&结果导向，具备较强的业务理解、产品判断能力、数据意识、逻辑分析和学习能力，能够结合数据、调研和行业观察持续推动产品迭代； 3、关注AI/大模型在用户理解、内容推荐和导购决策中的应用，有相关实践经验者优先优先； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力、自驱力和责任心，能够适应国际化业务环境，英语可作为工作语言。
