1、负责抖音商城C端产品体验设计UI相关工作，包含如商城首页、频道、购物链路、用增、交易等相关方向的设计产出； 2、对用户和电商业务能深入分析、洞见设计价值，运用多种设计手段产出优质、创新的视觉解决方案； 3、与业务团队、研发团队合作，在整个产品生命周期提供持续性的用户体验设计，并跟踪落地； 4、沉淀设计经验、参与制定设计规范，配合推进商城整体设计风格、规范的落地； 5、关注外部环境的变化，保持对市场、设计趋势、优秀设计案例的跟踪分析； 6、根据电商业务背景及目标制定设计策略，并综合利用多种设计手段产出创新性、前瞻性的视觉设计方案。
