团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、跟踪电子认证、商用密码、网络安全等相关政策法规及行业标准，梳理CA证书产品合规要求，建设符合监管规范的产品体系； 2、负责个人、企业、设备、代码、电子签章、国密加密等CA证书产品的规划、设计、迭代与生命周期管理； 3、面向互联网、工业物联网、政务、金融等场景，开展需求调研与痛点分析，设计高安全、高适配的数字身份认证及证书应用方案； 4、推动SM2、SM3、SM9、RSA等国密及国际算法在证书签发、身份核验、数据加密、验签等流程中的产品化落地，主导数字身份可信认证、交易存证、证据保全、司法溯源等产品能力建设，提升线上交易场景的安全性、合规性与可追溯性； 5、协同研发、安全、运维、市场等团队，输出PRD、产品原型、版本规划及解决方案，推进产品研发、测试、上线、复盘全流程； 6、对接监管平台、司法机构、公证机构等外部合作方，推动产品功能适配、数据打通及合规对接，持续关注电子认证、区块链、云计算、物联网安全等前沿技术，推动CA产品能力创新与行业方案沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电子认证、网络安全、物联网安全、商用密码或相关领域产品经理经验，有完整产品规划与落地经验； 2、熟悉CA证书技术体系及业务原理，了解个人证书、企业证书、设备证书、代码签名证书、国密签章证书等产品形态及应用场景； 3、熟悉《电子签名法》《电子认证服务管理办法》等法律法规及行业监管要求，具备产品合规意识和风险识别能力，熟悉数字身份认证、电子签章、数据加密、验签、电子存证、交易溯源等相关产品能力和业务流程； 4、具备独立完成需求挖掘、方案设计、需求拆解、版本迭代和项目复盘的能力； 5、具备良好的跨部门协作、项目推进、资源协调和风险管理能力，能推动复杂项目落地。
