团队介绍：芯片平台是一个覆盖从逻辑综合到芯片投片、封装设计与仿真、回片测试、量产全流程的统一化芯片设计平台，提供支持多工艺、多项目的自动化设计流程及设计服务。平台整体划分为硅前、硅后、基础资源管理、IP 定制四大业务板块。 通过硅前 - 硅后全流程覆盖、IP 自主定制、基础资源统一管理的架构，芯片平台实现了从 RTL 到量产的端到端设计能力，支持多晶圆厂、多工艺节点，持续通过自动化提效与质量保障，为公司业务提供坚实的支撑。

1、对接芯片设计全流程团队（设计/验证/DFT/综合/STA/PD等），深入理解各环节业务需求，提供定制化CAD流程支持与技术解决方案； 2、基于团队需求开发自动化脚本/程序，提升研发效率、流程稳定性和资源调度水平； 3、负责图形化界面（GUI）开发，基于PyQT/TkInter等框架打造易用、高效的工具界面； 4、主导CAD自研工具的全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、开发实现、测试优化、内部推广与反馈迭代； 5、深入了解CAD所有自研工具，完善技术文档和用户手册，协助在各领域的推广和适配； 6、跟踪行业前沿技术趋势，参与CAD/EDA工具创新开发及LLM（大语言模型）在EDA流程中的应用调研、原型验证与落地探索。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/微电子等专业，2年以上芯片行业CAD或相关岗位工作经验； 2、对集成电路全流程（设计/验证/DFT/综合/STA/PD）有扎实理解，具备DFT/综合/PR等专项流程经验者优先； 3、具备成熟的图形界面开发能力，熟练掌握PyQt/Tkinter等GUI框架，能独立完成从需求分析、界面设计到功能实现的全流程开发； 4、编程基础扎实，精通编程语言（Python/Shell/Tcl），能高效完成自动化脚本、工具插件及核心功能模块开发； 5、工作严谨敬业，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能快速响应并落地各业务团队的CAD需求； 6、英语读写顺畅，能熟练阅读EDA工具官方文档、技术白皮书及行业前沿资料。
