1、负责即梦、小云雀等产品商业化能力的前端研发，深度参与订阅支付、会员增长、权益供给等核心链路的架构设计与实现； 2、负责商业化方向的业务迭代与团队版（协作/企业版）能力建设，通过技术手段驱动商业化收入增长； 3、负责营销Agent的前端交互与工程体系建设，探索Agent产品形态与人机交互的最佳实践； 4、参与项目重点、难点的技术攻坚，如性能优化、前端工程化、跨端方案建设，持续优化链路和产品体验； 5、探索AI结合研发与业务的应用场景，如AI提效、AI Coding、业务智能化升级等。

1、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法、操作系统原理和计算机网络； 2、具有优秀的代码驾驭能力与技术设计能力，对于设计模式等常见的编码技巧有很好的认知和应用； 3、对AI充满热情，乐于使用AI Coding工具提升效率； 4、有较强的技术好奇心、自驱力和学习能力，具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神； 5、有AI Agent相关项目实践、服务端开发经验，或对营销/广告业务有了解者优先。
