ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、Agent Harness：面向下一代AI创作范式，探索并落地多模态创作、内容领域AI Agent的关键技术，包括但不限于Agent Memory、Agent Skills、Agent Environment/Sandbox design、Proactive Agent、多模态RAG、Agent Evaluation等技术的探索和应用； 2、Agent Model Post-Train：探索Agent模型后训练相关技术，包括Agent SFT数据合成、Agentic RL、Rubrics-based RL、Unified Reward System等技术的探索和应用，训练出更符合多模态创作、交互内容的Agent模型； 3、紧跟AIGC领域前沿动态，将最新的学术研究成果转化为产品中的实际创新，与产品、工程团队紧密配合，在快速迭代中解决真实世界的技术挑战。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机或人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习与概率统计理论基础，对底层原理有深入理解；熟悉相关技术栈并有深入的研究或项目经验； 3、熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（如PyTorch），并具备分布式训练（如DeepSpeed/Megatron-LM）的实战经验； 4、主动积极、具备出色的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，对通过技术创造一流产品充满热情。
