日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队进行CapCut的国际产品增长，通过国际内容平台，与达人开展内容共创，提升产品DAU； 2、负责AI创作产品相关营销项目的策划与落地，包括达人招募、沟通管理、推动重点项目高质量交付； 3、关注国际内容趋势，结合AI产品能力策划内容创意，参与达人合作创意、热点挖掘、卖点包装、内容发布及数据复盘，持续探索AI创作产品内容营销新玩法。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语听说读写能力可作为工作语言，长期关注国际文化者优先；熟悉TikTok、Instagram、YouTube、X等国际社交平台，对国际流行文化、热点趋势及创作者生态有较强敏感度，具备良好的内容创意能力和审美能力；关注AI行业发展，熟悉主流AI图片、视频创作工具，并有实际使用经验；对AI创作产品、创作者生态及内容创作保持浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的沟通协作及项目执行能力，能够独立推进日常工作，具备较强的责任心和主人翁意识； 4、具有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，对营销推广、内容运营、达人营销或品牌营销有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经历者优先。
