1、负责亿级DAU产品增长业务研发，包括端内用户激励体系、用户增长活动、社媒增长、SEO增长等方向； 2、关注业务指标&转化链路，探索精细化体验优化，分人群、分机型、分场景，将用户体验做到极致； 3、深入研究高性能跨平台动态化渲染方案&Web技术体系，负责架构设计、性能优化、SEO优化等工作； 4、负责助力于增长、留存、研发效率等方面的平台化建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握Javascript/CSS； 2、掌握当前流行的前端框架，如React/Vue，并熟悉其衍生生态（如Redux、Vite等）；熟悉一种构建工具（如Webpack/FIS/Esbuild等）； 3、了解跨端技术栈，熟悉客户端、服务端开发模式，能站在其他角色角度给出改进建议，并推动落地，熟悉一门后端语言（Node/Python/Go等）； 4、熟练掌握数据结构、算法、设计模式、网络通信相关计算机基础知识；具备良好的系统模块设计能力，并能在日常研发中灵活使用； 5、对技术保持好奇，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 6、关注前端前沿技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中。
