1、作为子领域POC，在数据安全治理的数据&权限治理、模型安全、Agent安全、内部平台与内部威胁治理等部分子领域上，结合相关部门要求、公司规范和业务需要，制定和执行相关安全合规策略，推动相应风险治理项目的实施落地与常态运营； 2、与跨职能团队紧密协作，在关键项目和管理应对事务上，做好内外部协调与项目管理，统一信息，对齐需求，明确分工，解决卡点问题，确保如期验收交付； 3、与产品研发侧紧密协作，深度参与数据全生命周期体系的整体设计，以及配套的端到端产品功能与技术基建能力建设，做好从调研分析、需求对齐、技术选型，到风险案例挖掘、持续监测、管控&拉闸，再到标准化/自动化/数据化运营的闭环治理； 4、针对AI时代新技术、新业务模式的发展变化，推动数据安全治理的适配和迭代，输出专业的安全解决方案与执行手册，沉淀业务乃至公司内部的最佳实践。

1、本科及以上学历，软件工程、信息安全、计算机、通信相关专业优先； 2、有一定的隐私与数据安全工作经验，模型安全、Agent安全、数据&权限治理的项目规划与实施经验优先； 3、项目管理基本功扎实，能独立负责复杂度较高的单一安全治理专项； 4、具有优秀的理解与抽象能力，能对单一复杂业务做到快速、正确的理解与抽象，能对业务/数据链路、系统/逻辑架构做准确描述； 5、具有优秀的判断能力，能对单一复杂业务可能的合规问题和安全风险做出合理、准确的判断，风险敏感度高，能对解决方案的优劣、成本、优先级做出合理判断； 6、心态开放，主动性强，愿意学习，愿意与团队、业务共同成长，不易受外界负面影响。
