日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助项目组完成市场传播工作：包括但不限于选题策划、渠道规划、案例包装等； 2、协助项目组完成线下活动全流程落地执行工作：包括但不限于创作者对接、活动策划、展示内容落地，活动互动装置策划、线下搭建执行，现场引导创作者拍摄及产出内容，关键合作方对接、活动落地并完成现场执行； 3、独立完成超创社群小型活动的筹备及执行工作，密切关注行业及产品动态，根据项目需求提供研究分析支持； 4、负责日常新媒体运营和材料整理相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限优先； 2、有市场部、品牌部以及AI产品创意传播相关活动项目实习经验优先； 3、可以进行简单的项目策划，具备较强的协作沟通能力，领悟能力较强，可以举一反三，有较强的视觉审美水准和文案撰写能力，有网感，可驾驭不同风格的文字，熟悉社交平台新趋势； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃，有较强的团队合作精神，责任感强，可以快速融入工作； 5、尽快到岗，保证每周出勤4天，实习3个月，可实习6个月优先。
