日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责剪辑相关AI模型的效果评估，依据标准完成评测执行、结果标注、问题归因及基础分析，协助推动模型效果持续优化； 2、推进活动宣传推广相关工作，与各方协同推进物料制作、资源位配置等工作，配合项目节奏完成相关交付； 3、与产品、算法、运营、设计等团队保持日常协作，支持项目推进中的测试、对接、沟通及其他执行类工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有模型评测、视频剪辑相关经验者优先； 3、英文专八或有相应雅思/托福分数，能够理解无字幕英文视频内容； 4、熟悉剪辑工具和基础视频创作流程，有较好的内容理解能力与审美判断； 5、了解主流AI内容创作工具，对图片生成、视频生成、智能剪辑等方向有基础认知； 6、具备较强的执行力、沟通协作能力，细致认真，能够配合产品运营高效推进项目。
