日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与剪映前端架构及研发基础设施建设，包括仓库治理、构建与包管理、CI/CD、研发工具链、应用框架、公共SDK和组件体系等方向，持续提升项目的开发、构建、测试与交付效率； 2、参与App、PC、Web等多端架构的设计与演进，围绕跨端容器、Bridge、端能力、组件协议和多端调试等场景，解决模块化、可扩展性、兼容性和代码复用问题； 3、参与产品性能体验与稳定性建设，围绕启动速度、页面加载、渲染性能、资源调度、监控告警、故障定位、发布风险和容灾演练等场景，建设系统化的度量、分析与优化能力； 4、探索AI在研发基础设施中的应用，参与工程知识库、代码生成、智能诊断、自动测试、发布排障及研发Agent等方向的实践，推动Agent从辅助编码走向开发、验证和交付闭环； 5、深入理解业务研发过程中的共性问题，与业务团队协作完成技术方案设计、基础能力在多业务、多仓库和多区域场景中规模化应用。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编码能力，掌握HTML、CSS、JavaScript/TypeScript等前端基础，熟悉React、Vue等至少一种主流前端技术栈； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解常用数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统和浏览器工作原理； 4、对前端工程化和架构设计有兴趣，了解模块化、构建工具、包管理、组件化、自动化测试等相关知识，具备良好的逻辑分析、问题拆解和工程实践能力，能够主动定位并解决复杂技术问题； 5、具备良好的沟通协作意识，自驱务实，愿意深入业务并持续学习，有跨端开发、性能优化、稳定性建设、开源项目或项目实践经验者优先； 6、对AI相关技术感兴趣，有大模型应用、研发Agent、代码生成或智能工具开发经验者优先。
