日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责剪映和醒图的图像和视觉算法方向的研发创新、效果优化，结合Agent系统研发探索； 2、针对AI图像色彩、画质、摄影、人像、文字、特效等方向产品应用进行研究和实现； 3、负责模型研发、微调、小样本训练、Prompt工程、RL、Agent研究和实现。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有扎实的计算机视觉、人工智能、大模型等方面的基础知识； 3、具备出色的编程能力，精通Python/C++，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架，有计算机视觉（CV）、多模态生成模型（如CLIP、Diffusion Models）项目经验； 4、熟悉大模型理论知识和应用，熟悉常见图像视频生成模型架构，有实际大模型预训练、微调或推理优化经验者优先； 5、在ACL/CVPR/SIGIR/KDD/NeurIPS/ICCV等顶会发表过AIGC相关论文者优先； 6、热爱视频剪辑，对常用视频剪辑工具有使用经验者优先；有数理和编程竞赛经历者优先，每周出勤4天，可实习4个月以上。
