1、参与剪映业务的平台开发，包括但不限于业务增长、内容、作者、商业化等平台业务； 2、参与具体解决方案的需求方案设计、项目推进工作； 3、参与技术架构升级、工具链、组件库建设，提升开发效率，优化关键卡点问题； 4、参与AIGC相关能力的业务开发，对于业务的效果敏感，针对业务痛点做基础能力相关的改进。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：C/C++、Python、Go、Java、TypeScript、JavaScript； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力； 6、每周出勤至少4天，实习3个月及以上。

加分项： 1、对AI兴趣浓厚，前端领域之外扩展学习AI相关知识，熟练掌握AI工具提升编程效率； 2、有全栈经验或者对全栈感兴趣优先。
