1、参与剪映和剪映系产品后端系统的设计、开发和迭代，支持AI策略与模型的高效部署与服务化； 2、协助构建与优化数据处理、特征生产等AI工程化链路，提升系统智能化能力； 3、通过数据分析与挖掘，为模型训练、风险感知与治理提供数据与工程支持； 4、协同算法、数据与前后端团队，推动技术方案从实验到上线的完整落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机软件基础知识；了解Linux操作系统、存储、网络等相关原理； 3、有较好的数据分析能力，能够发现潜在问题和机会，以及具备系统化解决问题的能力，良好的沟通技巧和主人翁责任感； 4、具备扎实的开发能力，精通一种或多种编程语言，例如Python/Go/Java/Rust； 5、对AI技术有热情，有Agent/机器学习基础或项目经验更佳； 6、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
