1、结合业务战略目标与产品现状，负责规划剪映国际化业务的市场营销和品牌发展战略，提升产品的市场份额与品牌影响力； 2、持续跟进全球创意行业发展趋势及目标用户特征，并根据行业动态不断优化市场营销策略，并能拆解需求目标并转化成市场策略和手段，能够迅速可靠地推进落地，提升品牌认知； 3、熟练运用用户研究分析、资源整合、内容营销、项目管理、创意传播、复盘洞察、模式沉淀等市场手段，策划并负责落地市场营销项目，对品效指标负责； 4、负责大型项目统筹及内外部合作伙伴对接，整合多方资源，高效协同各板块保证项目落地，扩大项目传播影响力； 5、能够发现用户需求痛点，挖掘产品增长场景和空间，策划市场营销方案并落地，并能够从数据角度客观地复盘增长效果，抽象沉淀出可复制的增长模式。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上品牌/产品营销经验，熟悉创意/内容行业打法优先，有欧美营销经验优先； 2、有敏锐的行业洞察，能够准确把握市场需求并有效地分析用户需求与心理，对创意行业发展有一定的预见性； 3、逻辑好，有较好的数据意识，了解各类营销工具、归因方法、评估体系，能够从业务视角解读营销活动数据，并不断优化和迭代整合营销方案； 4、自驱力强，具备独立思考能力，有较强的市场营销策略和执行能力； 5、有较强的资源整合和跨部门合作能力，高效协同产品、运营、内容等团队，统筹能力强，擅长跨部门沟通和协作； 6、具有优秀的团队管理能力，具备较强的责任感与执行力。
