日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映研发团队，主要支持剪映、Capcut、醒图、Hypic、即梦、Dreamina、小云雀、Pippit等多款国内外产品的研发工作，业务覆盖多元化影像创作场景，并孵化了多款AIGC明星产品，相关产品多次登顶国内外App Store 免费应用榜第一，并继续保持高速增长。加入我们，一起打造全球最受用户欢迎的影像创作和GenAI产品。

1、负责剪映内容安全算法，深入剪映业务，直面多模态内容理解与安全治理的前沿挑战； 2、聚焦于多模态内容（文本、图像、视频、音频）的安全识别与深度理解，通过构建和优化算法模型，有效防范平台风险，保障用户体验； 3、在资深算法工程师的指导下，将参与从数据分析、特征工程到模型训练与评估的全过程，亲手将前沿技术部署到线上，并追踪其实际效果，在海量数据的真实场景中快速成长。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、在NLP/CV/多模态学习中至少一个领域，具备扎实的理论基础和实践经验；熟悉文本分类、图片分类、视频理解、跨模态检索或内容审核等至少一项相关技术； 3、熟练掌握Python/C++/Go中的至少一种编程语言，并具备良好的工程实现能力；熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow深度学习框架，并对Transformer等主流模型有较好的理解； 4、熟悉大模型后训练技术，有RL技术、多模态大模型技术经验、Agent的应用经验更佳； 5、对内容安全与平台治理领域抱有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的逻辑思维、良好的沟通协作以及较强的自我驱动力。

加分项： 1、在国际顶会（如CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ACL、EMNLP、NeurIPS、ICML等）发表过论文。
