1、负责产品外部风险管理，完善风险识别、研判、预警、处置及复盘机制，提升风险发现和响应效率； 2、结合用户反馈、舆情信息及业务动态，识别潜在风险与异常信号，完成风险分析、分级和趋势判断； 3、负责重点业务及关键节点的风险保障和专项统筹，制定监测与应对方案，及时推动问题核实和处置； 4、协同产品、运营及相关职能团队推进复杂问题解决，并基于风险洞察推动产品体验和业务机制优化； 5、持续沉淀风险案例、分析方法和运营规范，推动相关工具及能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网舆情、风险运营、品牌声誉、内容治理或相关工作经验； 2、具备较强的风险敏感度、信息分析和独立判断能力，能够从复杂信息中识别关键问题并形成清晰结论； 3、具备良好的数据分析和结构化表达能力，能够结合定量与定性信息开展分析研判； 4、具备较强的跨团队沟通、项目推进和资源协调能力，能够推动复杂问题落地解决； 5、对内容产品、创作工具及AI相关业务有一定理解，有相关行业经验者优先。
