1、复杂场景处理：参与复杂案例客服侧处置，确保用户问题妥善解决； 2、功能走查与知识沉淀：跟进产品功能与迭代变化，输出功能手册/功能地图，支持一线培训； 3、效果体验与产品洞察：体验本产品及其他产品，沉淀效果差异与可复制技巧，结合用户之声与外网评测，复现问题并给出标签、流程、话术等优化建议（偏使用技巧与问题解答）； 4、社群运营与内容分享：在社群中分享高质量作品/提示词/使用技巧，推动讨论从“问题暴露”向“使用交流”转变； 5、疑难工单定位与方案沉淀：从用户原声、操作路径、系统信息中归纳关键异常与根因线索，结合AI工具与产品理解完成定位、验证，并沉淀可复用解决方案。

1、剪映系产品深度用户，产品使用时长超过一年，有明确的使用场景，剪辑/创作/设计专业优先； 2、学习与总结能力强，对新产品/新功能有强好奇心，上手快，能将玩法/效果沉淀为方法论； 3、有产品社群运营、用户调研或市场调研经验，能将外部反馈转成可验证的问题场景，熟悉剪映/CapCut等视频剪辑类产品，有内容平台审核或创作者服务经验优先； 4、具备问题归纳、信息整合和逻辑拆解能力，能独立完成问题复现与定位分析； 5、沟通能力强，能在复杂案例处理中，高效沟通，在多方利益冲突中推动共识达成； 6、对舆情、法律、品牌风险有敏锐感知，能在信息不完整的情况下做出合理的风险定级与处置决策。
