1、协助策划并执行会员运营相关活动（如会员日、会员权益推广等），提升会员活跃度和参与感； 2、跟进会员活动执行效果，收集用户反馈，协助完成数据整理与分析，输出优化建议； 3、支持会员权益内容的日常更新与优化，包括文案撰写、素材准备等； 4、负责会员满意度的调研，整理并分析会员反馈，从产品功能、策略等手段入手，不断优化会员体验，为会员体验负责。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的用户视角，能够理解用户需求、准确判断，并能推动落地，重视用户体验，是剪辑/图像工具的重度用户； 3、具备良好的策划能力与创意能力，能够撰写清晰流畅的活动文案或用户触达内容； 4、能够有效协同相关方推动复杂问题解决达成既定目标。
